Contact us within 30 days of a payment and we will refund it in full.

That is the whole policy. There is no usage test, no pro-rata calculation and no form to fill in. Email hello@pdflink.co from the address on the account, say you want a refund, and we will process it.

The details that actually matter

It applies to every payment, not just the first. A second year, or an upgrade, is refundable on the same terms. Refunding an upgrade puts you back on the plan you had; refunding an extra year leaves the year before it in place.

You do not need a reason. You are welcome to tell us why, and it helps us build a better thing, but it is not a condition.

Your documents are not deleted when you refund. The account returns to the free plan, which means tighter limits and the PDFLink mark on your documents. Links that fit inside the free plan keep working. Nothing is erased because you asked for your money back.

Payments are taken by PayPal, so the refund goes back the way the money came — to your PayPal balance or to the card you paid with. PayPal balances see it straight away; a card normally takes three to five working days, occasionally up to ten for an international one.

There is nothing to cancel. A plan is a single payment for a year and never renews by itself, so there is no subscription to stop. A refund ends the plan now and returns the money.

Where this does not apply

We will decline a refund where an account has been terminated for breaching what we will not host — phishing, malware and the rest. Using the service to attack people and then asking for the money back is the one case we will argue about.

Asking

hello@pdflink.co, from the account's email address. One line is enough.
